Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Snag mobile application ("App") operated by NaimOUDAYET ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Snag is a social media content downloader that allows users to save publicly available media content from various social media platforms for personal, offline use.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Only download content that you have the right to download
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
• Use downloaded content for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit downloaded content without proper authorization
• Comply with the terms of service of the platforms from which you download content

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NaimOUDAYET and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases, including the option to remove advertisements. All purchases are:

• Processed through Google Play Store
• Subject to Google Play's terms and conditions
• Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play policies

6. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of such advertisements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability or reliability of the service

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always work with all social media platforms
• Downloads will always be successful
• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Any claims by third parties related to content you download

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NaimOUDAYET from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright

10. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NaimOUDAYET operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NaimOUDAYET regarding your use of the App.
