1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Stickwise mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Stickwise is a matchstick puzzle game. It lets you:

• Solve Math and Shapes puzzles by moving or removing matches
• Play a daily challenge of three puzzles and keep a streak
• Use hints, which you earn by solving levels or by watching a rewarded video, or buy in packs
• Buy Pro, a one-time purchase that removes the ads between levels and adds 100 hints

3. Your Progress

Your progress and hints are stored on your device. There is no account and no server of ours. If Android's own backup is on, Android may bring them back on a new phone or after a reinstall; otherwise uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes them, and we cannot restore them. Reset progress clears levels, stars and streak; your hints stay.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems, or interfere with ads or purchases, to gain an advantage
• Transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code through the App

5. Ads & Purchases

Stickwise is free to play and shows ads: an occasional full-screen ad between levels, and optional rewarded videos that give extra hints.

Pro is a single payment, billed through Google Play, that removes the ads between levels and adds 100 hints. Rewarded videos stay available. It is not a subscription and does not renew. The price is shown in the App, in your local currency, before you confirm. If you reinstall the App or use a new phone, choose Settings › Restore purchase while signed in to the same Google account.

Hint packs (25, 80 or 200 hints) are single payments billed through Google Play. The hints are added to your device once the payment clears, and can be bought again. Google Play does not keep them for you: if you uninstall the App with Android's backup off, the hints you bought are lost with the rest of its data.

All payments are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, sounds and levels, is the intellectual property of its author and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of it without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or meet all of your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of progress or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will first be handled through good-faith discussion.
